Quinn promises two new bank holidays

Labour Party leader Ruairi Quinn has vowed to introduce two extra bank holidays if elected to power on May 17.

Speaking at Liberty Hall in Dublin today, Mr Quinn said the move would be good for productivity as well as for workers.
