Experts defuse incendiary device in Belfast

British Army technical experts in Belfast defused a large incendiary device this afternoon.

The alert was sparked when two men hijacked a white van outside a shop in the Grosvenor Road area of West Belfast this morning.

They drove it to a nearby roundabout where it was abandoned.

The area has now been cleared and there were no injuries.
