The Mid Western Health board has confirmed that eight patients and five staff at Ennis General Hospital have contracted the Winter Vomiting Bug.

The Mid Western Health board has confirmed that eight patients and five staff at Ennis General Hospital have contracted the Winter Vomiting Bug.

A spokesperson for the Health Board has said that “as the bug is highly infectious, measures have been taken to restrict the spread of the illness”.
