PDs to unveil election manifesto

The Progressive Democrats have sparked further speculation about the date for the upcoming election after announcing plans to unveil its manifesto on Sunday.

A spokesman said the manifesto is an extensive document and the PDs wanted to reveal their plans well ahead of polling day.
