FG vows to ‘reclaim our streets’

Fine Gael has pledged to "reclaim" Ireland’s streets from "juvenile hooligans" if brought to power in the upcoming general election.

Party spokesman Alan Shatter said the Government’s policies on juvenile offenders have failed.
