Two die after road accidents
A three-year-old boy has died after sustaining injuries from an accident.
The boy was playing in his home on the main Carlow to Kilkenny road on Friday when he ran out in front of a car. He died last night in St. Luke’s hospital in Kilkenny. His name has not yet been released.
Meanwhile, in another accident at 1am this morning, the driver of a car was fatally injured in the Green Hills road in Walkinstown in Dublin.
The 34-year-old male passenger was taken to St. James’ hospital where he later died. A passenger in the same car was also taken to hospital.
