Cardinal Connell admits Church must face child sex abuse claims

Cardinal Desmond Connell has issued a statement to be read out at all masses in the Dublin Archdiocese today.

In his letter, the Cardinal admits and is clear that the issue of clerical sexual abuse must be dealt with urgently.
