Reid pays tribute to policing board for plan

Northern Ireland Secretary John Reid has paid tribute to the Policing Board for its first policing plan for the North.

The Policing Board's first policing plan, published this morning, said crime, public order and drug tackling were its top priorities in the year ahead.
