Equality Authority "unhappy" with new pub laws

A row is looming between the Minister for Justice and the Equality Authority over the proposed new laws governing children in pubs.

The Authority claims Minister John O'Donoghue's plans to allow publicans to ban children is unfair and is demanding urgent consultations with him.
