Sinn Fein leader, Gerry Adams, today hit out at the more established Irish political parties because they refuse to entertain the idea of Sinn Fein becoming part of a coalition Government.

Mr Adams told a gathering of Sinn Fein candidates that he believes that the party can make significant gains in the upcoming election.
