Post mortems due on Dublin bodies

Post mortems are being carried out this morning on the bodies of two people found dead in a west Dublin apartment.

The bodies of the man and woman were discovered yesterday evening in separate rooms in the building on Snugborough Road in Blanchardstown.

There was evidence of a small fire in the kitchen and it is believed that the couple may have been overcome by fumes.

The grim find was made by a sister of the dead woman who was returning to the apartment with a three-year-old boy.
