Quinn condemns Sinn Fein pardon campaign

The Labour leader Ruairi Quinn has criticised Sinn Fein for pursuing amnesty orders for paramilitary fugitives while punishment beatings and expulsions continue in the North.

British Prime Minister Tony Blair is considering a pardon for republican exiles who face arrest on their return to the North for crimes prior to the Good Friday Agreement.
