Courts can close trouble pubs - O'Donoghue

The courts are to get new powers to close pubs and nightclubs which are causing late night disturbances.

The Minister for Justice, John O'Donoghue, is also pledging that new legislation will be introduced to deal with those causing trouble on the streets in the small hours.
