Talks to resolve nurses strike adjourned to Tuesday

The Irish Medical Organisation is calling for urgent action to alleviate the pressure on hospital and emergency departments.

They are urging the separation of elective and emergency admissions to hospitals and say up to 60 elective procedures a day could be cancelled if the nurses strike continues.
