Drogheda factory to lay off 95 workers

A multinational firm based in Drogheda, Co Louth, has announced plans to halve its workforce, a move that will see 95 workers laid off.

BD Medical Systems, which has been based in Drogheda for 30 years, announced the lay-offs as part of a restructuring plan.
