A 38-year-old Scottish man today pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to the murder of another man in County Tipperary in 1999.

A 38-year-old Scottish man today pleaded not guilty at the Central Criminal Court to the murder of another man in County Tipperary in 1999.

Mr John James Kelly, with an address at The Commons, Curreeny, Kilcommon, Co Tipperary denied the murder of Mr Chris Cybulla (42) at the same address on 28 December 1999.
