Fire service report 'unfair' - Dempsey

The Minister for the Environment has defended Irish fire services after a new report showed that Ireland has one of the highest fatality rates in the world.

It concludes that the nation's fire-fighting facilities are behind international best practice and that wholesale change is needed.
