Two shot in paramilitary-style attacks
Two men are recovering in hospital in the North this morning after being shot in the legs in separate paramilitary-style punishment attacks last night.
The first incident happened at Ballyaire Drive in the New Mossley area of Belfast, when a 35-year-old man was shot in the leg yesterday evening. A gang of youths threw stones at police who arrived at the scene.
A 39-year-old man was also shot in both legs last night outside a social club on the Silverwood Road in Lurgan, Co Armagh.
