Morning after pill not open to doubt: Martin

The Minister for Health has reiterated that the Government’s strong and consistent legal advice is that the constitutional position of the morning after pill is not open to doubt.

Micheal Martin has said the definition of abortion in the proposed new bill will prevent any case being made that the emergency legislation could be subject to criminal sanction.
