FG attacks Govt over funding for penalty points system

Fine Gael has slammed the Government amid reports that the penalty points system for motorists has been further delayed due to funding difficulties.

The Department of Finance has reportedly sanctioned less than 10% of the required funds, a move Fine Gael’s Charlie Flanagan said will lead to more carnage on Ireland’s roads.
