'No' group urges Govt to publish abortion legal advice

The Alliance for a ‘No’ Vote has called on the Government to publish the legal advice it received regarding the power of health boards to take women abroad for abortions.

The call comes after Health Minister Micheal Martin claimed that, if the forthcoming abortion referendum is passed, health boards will still be allowed to take pregnant women in their care abroad for abortions if they are the victims of rape or incest.
