Health services disintegrating - Noonan

Michael Noonan has slammed the current state of the Irish health system.

In a statement the Fine Gael leader said the health service is "disintegrating, as witnessed by the revelation that Beaumont Hospital was forced to turn away ambulances for over two hours amid chronic overcrowding in its casualty ward".
