Two men appeared in court today charged in connection with suspected Real IRA bomb attacks in London and Birmingham last year.

Two men appeared in court today charged in connection with suspected Real IRA bomb attacks in London and Birmingham last year.

James Patrick McCormack, 33, and Aiden Patrick Hulme, 25, went before Belmarsh Magistrates Court in south east London amid tight security.

The pair were both remanded in custody by District Judge Timothy Workman until February 21, when they will appear at the Central Criminal Court for a plea and directions hearing.
