Woman dies after apparent dog attack

Gardai have launched an investigation following the death of a 57-year-old woman in Co Leitrim.

It is believed the woman was attacked by her own dogs sometime yesterday.

She was found with serious injuries outside her home in Mohill.

The dogs, who were found nearby, have been destroyed.
