New inquiry into North's foot-and-mouth outbreak

A fresh inquiry is being established into the foot-and-mouth outbreak in the North.

The Agriculture Committee of the Northern Assembly has confirmed the inquiry is being established to try and ensure there is no recurrence of the outbreak.
