Controlled explosions carried out on suspect device
Bomb disposal experts have carried out a number of controlled explosions on a suspicious device found underneath a car in Dungannon, Co Tyrone.
The car belonged to a pregnant Catholic woman, who discovered the device outside the family home in Greystone.
Michelle Gildernew, the local Sinn Fein MP, accused loyalist paramilitaries of planting the device, saying they intended to murder a Catholic.
A police spokesman said the package appeared to be a genuine bomb.
