Lift notices or we take action: IMPACT

The trade union IMPACT says it will go ahead with industrial action at Aer Lingus if compulsory redundancy notices against 10 pilots are not lifted.

The threat came despite an offer last night from Aer Lingus bosses to give captains the same redundancy deal as other staff at the airline - four weeks pay per year of service up to a maximum of two years salary.
