Lawlor back in High Court

Independent TD for Dublin West, Liam Lawlor, will appear in the High Court once again this morning.

The Court is seeking to establish the current status of his ongoing co-operation with the planning and payments tribunal under Justice Fergus Flood.

Lawlor still has two months and two weeks of a three-month jail sentence outstanding for contempt of court.

Lawlor could find himself back in jail again if he refuses to present the court with his credit card details and details of business dealings in Prague and Liechtenstein.
