Lawlor due back before High Court on Monday

Disgraced Dublin west TD Liam Lawlor has been summoned to reappear at the High Court on Monday to answer questions about his ongoing dealings with the Flood Tribunal.

Disgraced Dublin west TD Liam Lawlor has been summoned to reappear at the High Court on Monday to answer questions about his ongoing dealings with the Flood Tribunal.

The court is expected to question Mr Lawlor about the current status of his co-operation with the tribunal, which is investigating alleged corruption in the planning process.

Mr Lawlor has already served two one-week jail sentences for failing to deliver financial records to Justice Fergus Flood’s inquiry team.
