Cowen to meet Afghan representatives

Foreign Affairs Minister Brian Cowen is expected to meet representatives of Afghanistan’s interim government at a special conference in Tokyo next week.

Mr Cowen will be Ireland’s representative at the special Afghan reconstruction conference.
