Man dies in Co Down stabbing incident

A man has died in Co Down after a stabbing incident.

The 24-year-old victim was stabbed in a house in Abbeyvale Avenue in the Movilla area of Newtonards at midnight last night and was admitted to hospital, where he died.

One man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

The man’s name has not yet been released.
