DART commuters facing severe disruption

DART commuters in Dublin are facing severe disruption this morning after fallen overhead cables prevented the company from putting around half of its carriages into service.

Engineers are working to repair the power lines at the main carriage depot in Fairview, but this work is expected to take some time.
