Man shot in west Belfast punishment attack

A 21-year-old man is recovering in hospital after being shot in the ankles in a paramilitary-style punishment attack last night.

The victim was abducted from his house in west Belfast at gunpoint and shot in an alleyway near New Barnsley Parade at around 8.30pm.
