Labour leader will reveal social policy before election

Labour leader, Ruairi Quinn, is pledging to unveil proposals aimed at ending the divide between rich and poor.

It is widely expected that a General election will be held in May and in the run-up Labour will reveal its social policies.

However Quinn is ruling out any pre-election pact with another party. He believes the next Government must concentrate on distributing the wealth.
