Man injured in Co Cork cliff fall

A man has had a miraculous escape after falling from a cliff at Bull Rock, near Crosshaven in Co Cork.

The man was walking along the cliff-top this morning when he lost his footing and slipped over the edge.

Crosshaven coastguard and the fire brigade were immediately called to the scene.

A spokesman for the coastguard said the man is slightly injured, but alive and well.
