IMPACT’s staff at Aer Lingus have voted in favour of accepting the company’s survival plan, which seeks a 15-month pay freeze as well as temporary cuts in overtime and annual leave.

In three separate ballots, the results of which were announced today, the union’s 2,500 members at Aer Lingus accepted the plan by a large majority.
