British soldiers will not have to attend Saville Inquiry

Former British soldiers will not have to go the North against their will to give evidence to the Bloody Sunday Inquiry in Derry.

It comes after Britain’s Court of Appeal agreed that the inquiry tribunal’s ruling on the venue, should be quashed.
