Fianna Fail candidate for Dublin Mid-West, Des Kelly, has called for the Government to review the existing landlord and tenant legislation.

Mr Kelly says the situation has changed since the current legislation was introduced in 1992 and , "it is time to look at tenants' rights".

He also added that landlords have done well this year with interest relief re-instated and stamp duty reduced.
