New report calls for human rights for disabled

A new report published today is claiming people with disabilities are being denied their human rights because of a lack of representation.

The Forum for People with disabilities wants the implementation of an advocacy system to give disabled people a voice.

Forum co-ordinator Donal Toolan has called for a new system to be included in legislation due to be published this week.
