Three teenagers have been arrested following an armed robbery on Dublin's northside.

Three teenagers have been arrested following an armed robbery on Dublin's northside.

The gang burst into a service station in the early hours of this morning and ordered staff to empty the till, fleeing the scene with an undisclosed sum of money. A short time later the teenagers were apprehended.

They are being held at Raheny and Clontarf Garda stations under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act.

A firearm and a small amount of cash have been recovered.
