ISME slams rise in insurance premiums

The Irish Small and Medium Enterprises group has accused the insurance industry of running a cartel after all four major insurance firms recently raised their premiums for SMEs.

Two of the firms raised premiums in tandem yesterday. ISME said the move has impacted sharply on its members and demanded that the Government intervene.
