Unions and management at Aer Lingus have reached an agreement on an employee share option scheme following talks at the Taoiseach’s office today.

Under the agreement, workers at Aer Lingus will receive a 14.9% share in the company if they agree to co-operate with a survival plan proposed by the airline following the attacks in the US on September.
