The Supreme Court is to decide this morning whether or not Dublin West TD Liam Lawlor should return to jail.

The Supreme Court is to decide today whether or not Dublin West TD Liam Lawlor should return to jail.

A seven-day sentence was imposed by the High Court in the summer because he had failed to comply fully with a court order to hand over all his papers to the tribunal.
