The country's largest health authority has said it could open more than 300 additional beds next year if promised State funding is provided.

The country's largest health authority has said it could open more than 300 additional beds next year if promised State funding is provided.

Eastern Regional Health Authority Chief Executive Donal O'Shea said the Government has committed itself to providing an additional 450 public beds this year and 200 for the private sector.
