Asylum-seekers' condition now 'stable'
The condition of the five survivors found in a sea container in Wexford yesterday morning has stabilised, but they remain seriously ill in hospital.
Spokeswoman for the South Eastern Health Board, Audrey Lambourne said the five are all being treated for lung disorders and respiratory problems.
They were discovered in the container, which had originated in Italy, along with eight other asylum-seekers who were dead when found.
