Raiders flee empty-handed after failed Limerick robbery

Gardai in Limerick are searching for two armed raiders who unsuccessfully tried to rob a post office in Garryowen this morning.

The two men entered the post office at around 10.20am and fired a shot at the protective screen around the counter.
