There are reports that the Government could be forced into a u-turn over its plans to order Aer Rianta to build a terminal for low-cost airlines in Dublin.

Aer Rianta, which will respond to the Government’s plans tomorrow, has received legal advice that it could face action if it were to treat low-cost airlines differently from other airlines.
