MEP's urge review of Sellafield operations

The country’s six Fianna Fail MEP’s have written to the European environment commissioner urging the EC to carry out an independent review of nuclear operations at Sellafield.

Commissioner Margot Walstrom has been asked to look into the decision by the British Government to open a controversial mox facility at the Cumbrian plant.
