North to change laws on sheep subsidies

Authorities in the North are to introduce new laws to prevent farmers from claiming subsidies for sheep that do not exist.

The move comes after Agriculture Minister Brid Rodgers admitted that she currently has no authority to prosecute farmers suspected of making fraudulent claims.
