The trial of the only man charged in connection with the Omagh bombing atrocity was postponed until after Christmas today due to one of the judges falling ill.

Justice Mary O’Halloran SC was admitted to hospital over the weekend forcing the Special Criminal Court trial of Colm Murphy, 49, into an adjournment until the beginning of next year.
